With a broad knowledge of home systems and many years of hands on experience fixing just about anything, I can often find solutions others may miss. It’s the challenging and more creative ones that I find the most rewarding. Fully understanding the scope of the problem and having the ability to repair it without subcontractors is an asset.
Service Areas
I like to go in circles
Having a residence and a shop centrally located downtown with an abundance of historic homes in need of my services nearby, I’ve been fortunate to have a very tight and convenient service area. Given the right project, I will travel outside the city.
Although usually engaged with multi-day, multi-week, or multi month long projects, I often have availability for smaller tasks and repairs as well. Every possible effort is made to attend to the immediate needs of existing accounts. I’m always interested in learning of new projects.

Have a maintenance issue and do not know how to address or whom to call? Simply want some feasibility or cost advice on a new endeavor or remodeling idea? In the midst of your own DIY project and could benefit from advice or assistance. Doing a home task properly is key to it’s endurance, personal safety, and avoiding unforeseen future headaches. Helping other is quite rewarding, but still comes with a modest fee.
For those tasks that I do not handle or cannot handle in a timely enough manner, I am happy to refer you to others that can. I only refer entities with whom I have worked with myself and in whom I have full confidence.
